With a sharp commercial edge and a supportive, social team culture, they are looking for someone who brings structure, initiative, and energy to every task.The RoleThis is a unique hybrid role combining Office Manager responsibilities with Executive Assistant support to the Founder. You’ll be central to the smooth running of the business and act as the culture carrier and operational backbone.Key Responsibilities

  • Full office management including suppliers, facilities, systems and events
  • EA support to the Founder including diary, travel, and meeting coordination
  • Liaison with external stakeholders and clients
  • Support onboarding, team wellbeing initiatives, and internal communications
  • Light HR, finance, and project admin as required
  • Lead on building and maintaining a positive, high-functioning office culture

About You

  • Proven experience in an Office Manager or EA role, ideally within a start-up or finance/trading environment
  • Able to switch between strategic thinking and hands-on execution
  • Calm, pragmatic, and highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and sound judgment
  • Thrives in fast-moving, high-energy teams and enjoys variety
