We are seeking a dedicated and organised Office Manager to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our office environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient workplace, managing office supplies, facilities, and liaising with external vendors, while also providing exceptional service to visitors and staff. Key Responsibilities: 
  • Office Operations: Manage daily office operations, including office supplies, equipment, and facilities. Liaise with landlords and third-party vendors to maintain a clean and efficient workspace.
  • Visitor Management: Greet and manage visitors, ensuring smooth access and coordination of building passes.
  • Health & Safety: Ensure health and safety compliance, maintain records, and act as fire marshal and first aider.
  • Event Coordination: Plan and organise company events, handling logistics and arrangements.
  • Project Support: Assist with ad-hoc projects and contribute to process improvements and administrative best practices.
 Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in office management, facilities management, or a similar role.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff, visitors, and external vendors.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and office compliance.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with management and teams.
