Your new companyA dynamic Insurance firm based in the heart of London's City are seeking an Office Manager to support the smooth day-to-day running of the business! Your new role
- Line management of Reception team - overseeing Reception operations
- Meeting and greeting incoming visitors / guests
- Negotiate and manage contracts for security, cleaning, catering, maintenance etc.
- Ensuring the office is kept presentable at all times
- Organising maintenance services where required for repairs / renovations
- Use performance management techniques to monitor current service levels and lead improvement initiatives.
- Source and evaluate costs for office supplies / services
- Coordinate with the building management team and attend meetings where required
- Manage the office budget, track expenses, and prepare monthly reports.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and staff at all levels of seniority
- Support staff onboarding, including providing office tours and H&S briefings
- Report any issues as necessary and ensure the office is kept to standard in line with policies and regulations.
What you'll need to succeed
- Extensive experience in an Office Management position in a professional services firm
- Experience in people / line management
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to travel into the office 5 days a week
