Are you an experienced Office Manager looking for an exciting opportunity with a leading international construction company? I am seeking a dynamic individual to help my client to mobilise their new London office and manage the day to day running of the office. 

This permanent role offers a competitive salary of up to £50,000 plus an attractive package.You'll be based in the office from Monday to Friday, with occasional travel to other sites in Central London.As an Office Manager, your responsibilities will be diverse, including:

  • Mobilising and setting up the new office
  • Coordinating IT, office furniture, kitchen facilities, etc.
  • Processing purchase orders and invoices
  • Managing training for the project team
  • Monthly reporting
  • Supporting soft facilities management

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • Previous experience in the construction sector, with a preference for rail, civil engineering, or similar fields
  • A thorough understanding of working with project teams, liaising with engineers, and managing the complexities of construction projects
  • Facilities management experience
  • Purchasing experience
  • Proficiency in using finance software
