Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day running of the office, ensuring all operations flow efficiently

Manage travel arrangements, courier bookings, and outgoing mail

Keep accurate records of staff absences, holidays, sick leave, and annual leave

Track and process expense claims, ensuring timely and accurate reporting

Liaise with suppliers and contractors to manage office maintenance and facility needs

Assist in planning internal events, team socials, and company functions

Provide general administrative support as needed across the business
What We’re Looking For:
