You'll lead a vibrant reception team, streamline processes, and create a safe, efficient, and welcoming workplace. This is a pivotal role where you'll collaborate with key stakeholders, implement impactful policies, and shape the day-to-day experience of our team. If you're organised, proactive, and thrive in fast-paced environments, this is your opportunity to shine!OFFICE MANAGER ROLE: 
  • Overseeing day-to-day office operations, equipment, and consumables and promoting the Green Office initiative
  • Leading and developing the reception team, supporting onboarding with inductions, IT setup and access coordination
  • Developing and implementing SOPs for office and reception functions, including EV chargers, lockers and storage
  • Managing facilities services, including maintenance, cleaning, security and office space planning
  • Ensuring health and safety compliance through risk assessments, fire drills and acting as chief fire marshal
  • Handling office budget and expenditure, processing invoices and managing supplier contracts
  • Collaborating with departments to enhance office processes and proactively resolving operational issues
  OFFICE MANAGER ESSENTIALS:
  • 12 months of office management experience
