- Overseeing day-to-day office operations, equipment, and consumables and promoting the Green Office initiative
- Leading and developing the reception team, supporting onboarding with inductions, IT setup and access coordination
- Developing and implementing SOPs for office and reception functions, including EV chargers, lockers and storage
- Managing facilities services, including maintenance, cleaning, security and office space planning
- Ensuring health and safety compliance through risk assessments, fire drills and acting as chief fire marshal
