This is a fantastic opportunity for an Office Manager. Our client is a publicly listed company based in Central London, operating in a high-growth sector. The team is young, driven, and collaborative, and we’re seeking an experienced Office Manager to act as the key link between senior leadership and the wider team.

This is a pivotal role for a solutions focused strong leader with the confidence to take initiative and gets things done yet who leads with empathy and diplomacy, You’ll be responsible for ensuring smooth office operations, fostering a positive culture, supporting both strategic and day-to-day needs across the business and who can be the vital link between our senior leadership and the wider team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Act as the bridge between senior management and the wider team, ensuring smooth communication and alignment
  • Foster a positive, inclusive office culture, balancing professionalism with approachability
  • Manage day-to-day office operations and facilities including supplier management, contracts, maintenance, events
  • Manage front of house team and Office Assistant providing training, development, reviews and recruitment
  • Manage the separate partner office including hot desk coordination, meeting room booking and rented space
  • Handle sensitive matters with discretion and act as a trusted point of contact for staff and leadership
  • Lead HR administration: onboarding/offboarding, inductions, record keeping, holiday/absence tracking, flexible working, mat leave, payroll support and employee relations
  • Act as a key point of contact for Operational Directors and Board and support leadership with internal communications and cross-functional coordination
