We're pleased to be recruiting for this newly created, outstanding Office Manager opportunity, based at Canary Wharf.

You'll be joining this growing biotech organisation at an exciting time and will be able to really make this role your own!

Working in a dynamic and forward-thinking small team, this is an all-encompassing role where you'll be doing everything from diary management to some lab tasks around consumables procurement, order management and glass washing.

Offering a fast-paced environment, variety and the scope for the role to grow, you'll be completing the following:

  • Diary management for the CEO and other C-suite.
  • Booking of domestic and European travel.
  • Coordination of all board meetings.
  • Event and conference booking.
  • Initial point of contact for all company visitors.
  • Responsible for booking of meeting rooms, passes, refreshments.
  • Ensuring the smooth day to day office duties including post collection and distribution, order management, stationery management, ordering IT equipment and other consumables, printing and raising PO's.
  • On-site IT support, working with remote IT consultants when required.
  • Assisting with some laboratory tasks.

We're looking for someone who has office management/administration experience ideally within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry. Any laboratory experience would be ideal.

You'll be highly organised, have excellent coordination and communication skills along with being proactive and solution focused.

The recruitment process will be moving quickly, with interviews likely to be happening w/c 8th September.

Hours:

Monday-Friday - 9am-5pm
