Office Manager Salary: £35,000 - £40,0003-month Temporary roleImmediate startBased in West LondonAbout the Client: Our client, a distinguished Private Equity firm based in West London, seeks a professional and well-presented Office Manager to join their esteemed team for 3-months. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of an innovative and forward-thinking firm and advance your career in a dynamic environment.Role Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests and visitors, welcoming them into our office and offering refreshments.
  • Answering inbound telephone calls.
  • Handling of incoming and outgoing post.
  • Diary management for the Chief Executive and Chairman.
  • Ad hoc administrative projects and general administration for senior management.
  • Setting up meeting rooms with refreshments ahead of any physical meetings. This includes setting up online Zoom and MS.
  • Act as the point of contact for all facility issues.
  • Maintain all office stationery and equipment.
  • Maintain the kitchen; always ensuring it is clean and tidy, unpacking the dishwasher each morning.
  • Liaise with IT and other contractors and ensure that IT use is in accordance with security guidelines.
  • Ensure that all physical equipment is properly maintained and used correctly.
  • Act as the first point of contact for any IT/ hardware problems for staff members.
  • Maintain all software, hardware, and subscription licenses.
  • Work with an outsourced IT provider to ensure best practices going forward.
  • Organising couriers and taxis.
  • Manage the credit card and cash expenses.
Candidate Profile:
  • Experience in a fast-paced office management role.
  • Pro-active, positive, and ‘can-do’ attitude.
  • Professional with excellent telephone manners and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional multi-tasking and organisational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, especially Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • IT savvy, particularly with Microsoft and Apple.
