Your new companyA dynamic Insurance firm based in the heart of London's City are seeking an Office Manager to support the smooth day-to-day running of the business! Your new role

  • Line management of Reception team - overseeing Reception operations
  • Meeting and greeting incoming visitors / guests
  • Negotiate and manage contracts for security, cleaning, catering, maintenance etc.
  • Ensuring the office is kept presentable at all times
  • Organising maintenance services where required for repairs / renovations
  • Use performance management techniques to monitor current service levels and lead improvement initiatives.
  • Source and evaluate costs for office supplies / services
  • Coordinate with the building management team and attend meetings where required
  • Manage the office budget, track expenses, and prepare monthly reports.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and staff at all levels of seniority
  • Support staff onboarding, including providing office tours and H&S briefings
  • Report any issues as necessary and ensure the office is kept to standard in line with policies and regulations.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Extensive experience in an Office Management position in a professional services firm
  • Experience in people / line management
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Ability to travel into the office 5 days a week
