Secretarial Manager
Award-winning prestigious international law firm is recruiting a Secretarial Manager to join its London office on a full-time basis.

The key focus will be to identify the best approach to provide exceptional service levels to Partners, lawyers, and their clients. This role would be particularly well-suited to someone whose skillset is up-to-date and who has a strong understanding of how a law firm operates including its key individuals, internal systems, and procedures.
Secretarial Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the operational day to day activities of the secretarial services function across all UK offices with regular travel to each UK office
- Manage the recruitment of the team in all offices and participate in interviews
- Deal with all the people related matters within the team working closely with HR in areas such as performance management, sickness absence, and annual performance appraisals
- Act as first point of contact for holiday requests and authorisation, absence reporting and other matters
- Assist with monitoring the workload within the team and assist colleagues in the event of increased workloads across all offices
Secretarial Manager Skills & Requirements:
- Experience of managing a team in a similar role within a law firm
- A desire to enhance the skills of self and others and motivate a team
- A client-focused mindset and experience using Practice Manager systems
