We are now seeking a dedicated Office Manager/Admin to join our team and help keep our operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Management: Oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring everything runs efficiently and effectively.
  • Administrative Support: Handle a wide range of administrative tasks, including managing emails, phone calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Property Management Assistance: Support the property management team with tasks such as preparing lease agreements, coordinating property maintenance, and managing tenant inquiries.
  • Client Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for tenants and landlords, providing excellent customer service and ensuring timely responses to inquiries.
  • Financial Duties: Assist with invoicing, payment tracking, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to ensure smooth operations and effective communication across all areas of the business.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous experience in office management or administration, ideally within the property or lettings industry.
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using property management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and general office equipment.
  • Personal Attributes: A proactive, resourceful individual who can work independently and as part of a team.
