Location: Marylebone
Contract Type: Temporary
Start Date: 1st December 2025
Duration: ongoing
Hours: 08:30 - 17:30 - fully office based Monday - Friday - no hybrid working
Pay: 14.47 p/h
What You'll Do:
As an Office Coordinator, you will be the heartbeat of our operations, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing day-to-day office activities with a cheerful disposition.
- Coordinating meetings and events, ensuring all logistics are handled flawlessly.
- Maintaining office supplies and inventory, so our team is always well-equipped.
- Assisting in the on boarding of new staff members, creating a welcoming environment.
- Serving as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, showcasing our friendly culture.
- Collaborating with various departments to facilitate effective communication and workflow.
What We're Looking For:
To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualities:
- A positive attitude and a passion for organisation!
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general office software.
- Previous experience in an office coordination or administrative role is a plus.
