Social Media Senior Account Manager role – £45-£50k - Offered fully remote or hybrid at a central London international communications agency working with various Education and NGO clients, who all provide valuable services to society.

They’re now on the lookout for a Social Media Senior Account Manager to lead the social and digital charge for a clients in the Education and NGO sectors, so this is your chance to work at the intersection of highly vaulable educational and NGO clients, you will deliver creative communication in the social space whilst—delivering smart, strategic work that makes headlines and drives results.

The Role

You’ll be the social and digital lead on a globally recognised account, with responsibilities including:

  • Developing and executing multi-channel digital strategies (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Paid Search and beyond).
  • Acting as a trusted advisor on all things digital and social for a high-profile B2B tech client.
  • Crafting compelling content that resonates with audiences and reflects client goals.
  • Managing editorial calendars, performance reporting, and continuous optimisation.
     

What You'll Bring

  • A deep understanding of digital trends, paid media, and social strategy.
  • Experience working with Educational facilities and or NGO's.
  • A creative, strategic mindset with a passion for storytelling in the social and digital space.
  • The confidence to own client relationships and deliver stand-out work.
  • Either a strong Account Manager ready for the next step, or a rising SAM looking for something bigger and bolder.
