- Implement A/B testing to continually optimise content performance.
- Monitor and analyse website traffic, engagement, and social metrics.
- Use data to shape strategy and improve audience conversion.
- Provide regular KPI reports (engagement, reach, conversions, etc.).
- Work closely with marketing teams on integrated campaigns.
- Train internal staff on digital tools and best practices.
- Lead SEO initiatives and liaise with external suppliers on digital projects.

- Ensure all content meets GDPR and accessibility standards.
- Degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience leading content strategies and managing social platforms.
- Strong technical skills with tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, WordPress, Umbraco, Google Analytics, Power BI.
- Solid understanding of SEO, UX/UI, and digital performance metrics.
- Confident in creating digital assets with Canva, Adobe Suite, or video editing tools.
- Highly organised, proactive, and confident working cross-functionally.
- Experience in esports, gaming, or creative digital industries.
- Familiarity with monetising content or digital platforms.
- Experience managing staff or engaging senior stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS, Google Ads, or social ad platforms.
