  • Develop and execute content strategies across Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms, ensuring channel-specific optimisation.
  • Champion employee advocacy, working closely with internal stakeholders to activate our people as brand ambassadors.
  • Collaborate with the UKI marketing team to bring campaigns to life through social-first content, including video, graphics, and copy.
  • Partner with the global social media team to amplify global content and ensure regional relevance.
  • Represent UKI in the global social media centre of excellence, contributing to shared learning and innovation.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal communications, training, sales enablement, and other teams to align messaging and maximise impact.
  • Monitor and report on performance metrics, using insights to continuously optimise content and strategy.
  • Stay ahead of platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging formats -especially in video and visual storytelling.
  • Work closely with senior business stakeholders, providing strategic guidance and acting as a trusted social media expert.

Knowledge, Qualifications, and Experience:

Essential:

  • Experience using social media management and monitoring platforms (e.g., Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Brandwatch, or similar).
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for data, KPIs, and performance optimisation.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence at a senior level.
  • A genuine passion for social media and its role in modern marketing.

Skills and Competencies

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Collaborative and confident working cross-functionally with multiple teams - and independently.
  • Innovative, proactive, and always looking for new ways to elevate our brand.
  • Curious and open to trying new approaches, with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
  • High level of organisation and time management.

In addition, Hays group offer:

  • Competitive compensation and reward package
  • Stimulating and rewarding work at a time of significant organisational change.
  • An inclusive culture built on rewarding success and the opportunity to influence your future career path.
  • Flexible hybrid working patterns.
