Looking to recruit two Multi Skilled Plumbers to work on properties based in Walthamstow on a Permanent basis
You will undertake Responsive and Planned repairs to occupied properties. Carrying out Plumbing repairs, remedial Carpentry, tiling and plastering works. We are after someone who has previous experience working in Social Housing properties and is able to undertake remedial duties outside their core trade
Offering 38,000 - 40,000 + van and fuel card and benefits
- Experience in a similar role as a qualified Plumber
- Trade related qualification either NVQ or C&G
- Full UK Driving licence is essential
