Are you a driven, dynamic, and tenacious sales professional with a proven track record in the labels industry? Do you thrive on winning new business and building relationships with leading brands? If so, this is a rare opportunity to join a market leader in packaging and label printing, working with some of the world’s most recognised household names.

 

This business is a fast-growing company at the forefront of packaging innovation, specialising in digital self-adhesive labels and packaging. Its reputation for quality and service has earned them partnerships with global brands across multiple industries, and now we’re looking to expand our reach further with a dedicated New Business Sales Executive.

 

As a Labels Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Proactively identifying, targeting, and securing new business opportunities within brand-led organisations.
  • Building strong, consultative relationships with decision-makers across brand, marketing, and procurement functions.
  • Leveraging your labels industry knowledge to provide tailored solutions that meet brand requirements.
  • Navigating complex, matrix-style organisations to influence multiple stakeholders and drive sales cycles forward.
  • Working closely with our internal teams to ensure a seamless client journey from pitch to delivery.

 

This is a highly commercial, results-focused role where your ability to open doors, win accounts, and grow relationships will directly contribute to our continued success.

 

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Proven experience selling labels directly into brands (essential).
  • A solid understanding of the labels/packaging industry and its buying dynamics.
  • A track record of winning and growing new accounts in a competitive marketplace.
  • Experience of working with or within large, complex businesses and navigating decision-making structures.
  • A full clean driving licence and willingness to travel for client meetings when required.
  • A self-starter mentality with the drive to exceed targets and build a strong pipeline.
