We are pleased to be supporting our client, a leading London University, in their search for a temporary Alumni Discovery Circles Coordinator.

This role is initially part time, 2 days per week, running until the end of July 2025. However for the month of June you will be required 5 days per week to support the next phase of the project.

The post holder will work across Advancement and Digital learning to coordinate and provide administrative support to grow the Alumni Discovery Circles programme. You will

  • Act as the first point of contact for stakeholders
  • Draft and develop communications
  • Input data into spreadsheets
  • Support with collating information for reports
  • Provide ad hoc support as required

In order to be considered for this role, you will need demonstratable experience in a similar role in Higher Education, excellent communication skills, and sound working knowledge of standard IT packages.
