About the Role

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and reliable Full-Time Barista to operate and manage a premium outdoor coffee cart in the heart of Knightsbridge. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for coffee, a flair for customer service, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Open and close the coffee cart independently (key holder duties).
  • Safely move the cart into position each morning (requires physical fitness).
  • Ensure all brewing equipment is fully operational
  • Answer questions about the coffee offerings and share your product knowledge.
  • Prepare and serve consistently high-quality, well-presented drinks.
  • Follow precise recipes and maintain beverage standards.
  • Monitor stock levels and place orders for restocking when required.

Qualifications & Skills

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Barista, preferably in a busy, customer-facing environment.
  • Confident with both manual and automatic brewing equipment.
  • Strong basic math and cash-handling skills.
  • Sound understanding of coffee origins, brewing techniques, and food safety standards.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Physically fit and capable of moving the coffee cart daily.
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
