We're looking for a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join a supportive and dynamic team in a thriving South West London school. This is a rewarding opportunity to work closely with students who need additional guidance and support to succeed both academically and personally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build positive relationships with students and act as a trusted role model and mentor

  • Support pupils with behavioural, emotional, and social difficulties on a 1:1 or small group basis

  • Develop and implement strategies to promote positive behaviour and engagement in learning

  • Work collaboratively with teachers, pastoral teams, and external agencies

  • Help create a safe, respectful, and inclusive school environment

About You:
  • Experience working with children or young people with behavioural needs (in schools, youth work, or similar)

  • Calm, patient, and emotionally resilient under pressure

  • Confident managing challenging behaviour and de-escalating situations

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • A genuine passion for supporting young people from all backgrounds
