The Role – Behaviour Mentor

As a Behaviour Mentor, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils who require additional guidance with managing their emotions, behaviour and engagement in learning. You will work closely with pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups, helping them develop self-regulation, confidence and positive relationships. The ideal candidate will be calm, patient and resilient, with the ability to use restorative approaches and build strong, trusting relationships. Strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and experience supporting challenging behaviour are essential for this role.
