Build Recruitment is looking for an experienced Carpenter Multi-Trade to work on social housing properties in Camden. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled tradesperson who can deliver high-quality repairs and maintenance in occupied homes.
Role Responsibilities:- Carry out carpentry repairs and maintenance in social housing properties.
- Undertake additional multi-trade tasks such as basic plumbing, tiling, and patch plastering.
- Ensure all work meets health and safety standards and is completed to a high standard.
- Provide excellent customer service to tenants.
- Proven experience as a Carpenter Multi-Trade in social housing or domestic settings.
- Own tools and transport.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Competitive hourly rate of £29.28.
