One of my clients is currently seeking a Community Link Worker to work within their Criminal Justice Team. The working hours are 37.5 hours per week between Monday - Friday.Responsibilities within the Community Link Worker role:
- Providing Outreach support to people who are within the Criminal justice system
- Ensuring service users are made aware of the various support services within the community
- Attending appointments alongside the service users to ensure they have the relevant options available
- Occasionally delivering training and work shops around all things Criminal Justice
