We’re working with several secondary schools in Waltham Forest that are looking for reliable, adaptable, and enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to start as soon as possible. This flexible, day-to-day role is ideal for individuals who enjoy variety, have strong classroom presence, and want to gain valuable experience in education.

Role Overview:

• Supervise lessons during teacher absences using pre-prepared lesson plans

• Manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning atmosphere

• Support students to stay focused and complete set work

• Communicate effectively with teachers and school leadership teams

About You:

• Experience working with secondary-aged students (in schools or similar settings)

• Confident and professional classroom management skills

• Flexible, punctual, and able to adapt quickly to different environments

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
