We are seeking a Façade Designer to join a client in the commercial team, collaborating closely with the commercial director.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in façade design and hold a relevant degree such as Façade Engineering, Architecture, or Structural Engineering.
Strong technical drawing skills in AutoCAD, along with 3D drawing capabilities, are essential for this role.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, BIM/Revit, and knowledge of relevant Building Regulations are also required.

We are looking for a Façade Designer to join a client of ours. The Façade Designer is needed to join the commercial team and working closely with the commercial director.

As a Façade Designer, with knowledge in the façade, curtain walling and cladding sector, you will be making a move to a leading contractor promising growth and stability.

The Façade Estimator:

Minimum 5 years façade design experience.

Relevant degree (i.e., Façade Engineering; Architecture; Structural Engineering).

Strong technical drawing skills in AutoCAD.

Understanding of architectural / construction processes.

Microsoft Office applications.

3D drawing skills.

BIM / Revit Experience.

Knowledge of relevant Building Regulations.
