- Overseeing casework, managing risk, and ensuring effective allocation of cases.
- Coordinating with MAST partners to ensure families receive the right support at the right time.
- Leading on performance management, ensuring targets and service outcomes are met.
- Supervising and developing staff, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
- Monitoring trends in family support needs and ensuring high-quality record-keeping.

- Relevant qualification at Level 4 in education, social care, childcare, health services OR relevant professional child or family focused qualification.
- A demonstrable expert understanding and knowledge of the national and local context for and operations of Children’s Services, with a particular focus and Early Help.
- A specialist consultant within an experience and dedicated recruitment team
