The Role - Early Years Practitioner:

Candidate Requirements:

A minimum Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification is essential for an Early Years Practitioner
Every Early Years Practitioner must have a clear understanding of the EYFS
A proactive and flexible approach is key for any Early Years Practitioner in this role
Must have or be willing to apply for a DBS on the Update Service
Confidence, enthusiasm, and a genuine love for early childhood education
