About the Role:
We're seeking a Presentations Specialist with at least 3 years of dedicated presentations experience in professional services—ideally investment banking—to join a fast-paced, friendly, and professional team. This is a hybrid role with evening working hours and 2 days a week in the office.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Creating accurate, high-quality PowerPoint presentations and pitch documents to tight deadlines
- Working within strict brand guidelines to deliver consistent, on-brand materials
- Liaising with stakeholders, advising on styles and delivery timelines
- Managing multiple projects while ensuring all work is completed to the highest standard
- Building strong working relationships with internal teams and clients based on trust and professionalism
What You’ll Bring:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a dedicated Presentations role (banking or professional services required)
- Expert-level PowerPoint skills, with solid Excel and Word knowledge, Adobe CS advantageous
- Impeccable attention to detail and the ability to manage pressure and deadlines with a calm manner
- A team-focused attitude, strong communication skills, and a commitment to confidentiality
