  • A luxury hospitality agency is seeking to expand its strategist roster to advise leading brands on their food and beverage (F& B) offerings.
  • Candidates should have a strong interest in food culture and experience in consultancy or agency settings, though brand-side experience is also acceptable.
  • The role involves advising on brand positioning, food trends, operations, and developing strategies for senior clients.
  • The position offers flexible work hours with varying commitments based on project needs, and collaboration with senior creative leaders is expected.
  • The salary for this role is competitive, and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required.
This agency working in luxury, hospitality and F&B is looking to build up its strategist roster.

You will be advising leading brands in the luxury hospitality sector on their F&B offerings.

You might be doing some of the following, depending on the client and brief:
  • Advising on their brand and market positioning and run workshops
  • Advising on food trends and culture
  • Advising on operations and interior set ups to achieve the best F&B environment
  • Supporting business case development for new offerings
  • Developing strategies and presenting to senior clients
  • Develop pricing strategies and advising on kitchen set ups
  • Carry out market and trend analyses
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of brand and the luxury hospitality landscape
Either way, you have a deep interest in food and food culture and can lead a high quality conversation with a client to help them make the right strategy choices. You will work very closely with senior creative leaders on these projects, so you will have a good brain to spar with. It would be great if you have advised clients in a consultancy or agency setting before, but you could have also worked brand side doing similar work.

This work can be done flexibly during the week and numbers of days commitment will vary according to the cadence of the project.
