Sonic Summary

Our client, a small friendly charity, is seeking an all-rounder to join their finance team for 28 hours a week, working Monday, Wednesday, and Friday flexibly, and in the office on Tuesday and Thursday.
The position requires 2 to 3 years of experience in a busy finance role, preferably with QuickBooks, and involves handling reconciliations, invoices, and reports.
Candidates should be detail-oriented and possess strong all-round finance skills, with some qualifications being desirable.
The role is initially temporary for 6 months, starting as soon as possible, with the potential to become permanent.
The full-time salary is advertised at £28,000, with the pro-rata salary for this part-time role being £22,400.

Our client is a small friendly charity and they are looking for a great all rounder to join their finance team 4 days a week 9 am to 5 pm (28 hours). The role is hybrid with Tuesday and Thursday in the office and the other 2 days can be flexible. The hours could possibly be worked over 5 shorter days. There is flexibility.

You will have 2/3 years experience working in a busy finance role preferably working on QuickBooks. You will be dealing with reconciliations, invoices, reports and have the ability to turn your hand to anything in a small accounts team. Some qualifications would be desirable. You should be very detail conscious with strong all round experience and a desire to do a great job in a lovely team.

They are based near Chancery Lane tube station in traditional offices.

The role will be initially for 6 months starting as soon as possible on a temp basis but there is a chance that this position will become permanent.

The salary advertised at £28000 is full time the pro rata salary is £22400.
