Position: Handy Person (Multi Trade)

About Us:
My client is seeking an experienced Handy Person to carry out maintenance works within public sector contracts which can include student housing accommodation, hotels and social housing. Some roles are foot mobile and others will require the operative to have a Full UK Drivers License who are entitled to a fuel card and van.
Responsibilities:
- Experience in carpentry, plastering, plumbing, painting etc
- Experience in working for student accommodation OR social housing sector would be an advantage
- Good attitude, punctuality, good communication skills
Requirements:
- 3+ years Maintenance Operative Experience
- Aware of current Health & Safety Legislation
- Strong communication skills
- Ideally have some type of trade qualification or CSCS card
