About the school:
This is an all-through school in Crystal Palace that delivers a nurturing and inclusive education. Pupils are taught in Key Stage-based classes, ensuring learning is carefully tailored to their developmental stage. Staff work collaboratively to create a supportive environment that promotes both academic success and personal growth.

About the role:
The Humanities Teacher will deliver engaging lessons across Key Stages, with a preference for candidates with strong History experience. The role includes planning and adapting schemes of work, assessing progress, and working closely with colleagues to ensure high-quality teaching. This is a temporary to permanent role with opportunities for progression.

We're looking for a dedicated candidate to:

  • Plan and deliver Humanities lessons, particularly History, across Key Stages
  • Adapt teaching to meet the needs of diverse learners

Requirements - The ideal candidate would have:

  • QTS or QTLS with Humanities teaching experience
  • Strong subject knowledge, ideally History specialism
  • Ability to engage and inspire pupils across Key Stages
  • Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
  • An enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply
