- Interim FM Coordinator- £150 - £200 per day (premium PAYE day rate)- Full time- London- High footfall, unique, public attraction venue

One of my longstanding, unique, and dynamic organisations (with a variety of moving parts - literally), are currently seeking a dedicated Interim FM Coordinator to join their team.

The FM Coordinator will primarily focus on FM administrative and support tasks, including managing spreadsheets, pulling purchase orders (POs), ordering supplies, and coordinating deliveries.

Whilst it may seem quite the straightforward position, this role is essential to the smooth running of their FM operations and will involve solo work, but it will not require leading on large projects but being that key support.

What do you need? An understanding of FM, good all round Microsoft Office skills, great communication and people skills. If you have done a role similar in the past that would be advantageous, but if you have the attitude and are available immediately that is the most important thing.
