We are currently looking for a skilled and reliable Wet Trade Multi-Trade Operative to join our clients team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a variety of projects within residential, commercial, and public sector settings.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out a range of wet trade works, including:
- Plastering
- Rendering
- Tiling
- Patch repairs
- Basic brick/block work
Assist with other multi-trade tasks such as basic carpentry or painting as required
Ensure all work is carried out to a high standard and in line with health and safety regulations
Liaise with site managers, tenants, or clients to ensure a smooth delivery of works
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements:
Proven experience in wet trades and general multi-trade work
CSCS card
Own tools and PPE
