Location: Fulham

Salary: £12.50 to £15 per hour

Hours: 8:30am to 6:30pm (Monday to Friday)

Contract: Temp, Full-time, Part-time

We are looking for a enthusiastic childcare professional with experience, Nursery Practitioners on a bank basis.

The creche will cater for children with age between 1 and 6 years old, providing childcare services for a private members' club (within the New Fulham Stadium).

The role of the Nursery Practitioner involves:

  • Being proactive whilst using your initiative throughout the working day to support the staff team.
  • Being a team player.
  • Caring for the children’s well-being.
  • Safeguarding the children and having their best interests at heart.
  • Educating the children in a play-based environment.
  • Fully engaging and interacting with the children whilst supporting their individual needs.

·Requirements: Bank Staff

  • Hold a relevant Early Years qualification (Level 2 or Level 3)
  • Unqualified 1 year previous experience working in nursery or childcare settings
  • Be passionate about supporting children's development and learning
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be flexible and adaptable to different nursery environments
  • Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude
  • Have the ability to use their initiative
  • Have a strong understanding of safeguarding procedures
  • Be able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Show a commitment to ongoing professional development
  • Be willing to travel up to 45 minutes from home
  • Have an up to date DBS check on the update system (or be willing to obtain one through Plus Staff Recruitment)
