About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented painter to join the facilities' management team at a hospital located in the heart of Westminster. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of painting and decorating throughout the hospital, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out painting and decorating tasks across hospital facilities, including wards, offices, and public areas.
  • Prepare surfaces by filling cracks, sanding, and applying primers where necessary.
  • Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, following health and safety regulations.
  • Work collaboratively with other maintenance and facilities staff to complete projects efficiently.
  • Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are stored safely and correctly.
  • Respond to urgent maintenance requests as needed.

Requirements:
