Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a warm, professional welcome to residents and their guests
- Oversee deliveries and ensure parcels are safely stored and logged
- Maintain cleanliness and order in communal areas, including the lobby and front entrance
- Report any maintenance issues or security concerns to management promptly
- Assist with minor ad-hoc tasks to support residents and building management
- Monitor building access to ensure a secure environment at all times
- Work closely with the Building Manager to uphold high service standards
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in a residential or hotel environment preferred
- Impeccable presentation and communication skills
- Reliable, proactive, and service-orientated
- Friendly and professional manner with a keen eye for detail
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively
