As a Lecturer with Reed FE, you will have the opportunity to:

To be eligible for this role, you will need to have, or be willing to work towards:
- A teaching qualification, such as AET, PTLLS, PGCE, or Certificate in education
- A level 3 or equivalent qualification in your subject area
- Experience working with 16-19-year-olds in an educational or apprenticeship setting
- A level 2 or equivalent qualification in English and Maths
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
- A current Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one through Reed Compliance
