To be eligible for this role, you will need to have, or be willing to work towards:

  • A teaching qualification, such as AET, PTLLS, PGCE, or Certificate in education
  • A level 3 or equivalent qualification in your subject area
  • Experience working with 16-19-year-olds in an educational or apprenticeship setting
  • A level 2 or equivalent qualification in English and Maths
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
  • A current Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one through Reed Compliance
