School Premises Manager - Full Time

We are seeking an experienced School Premises Manager to join our team and ensure the smooth running, safety, and maintenance of our school site. This is a full-time role requiring strong practical skills and a proactive approach to facilities management.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day management of the school premises, ensuring a safe and secure environment for pupils, staff, and visitors.
  • Carry out routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections across the site.
  • Manage contractors and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Respond promptly to any site-related issues and emergencies.
  • Maintain accurate records and schedules for servicing and statutory checks.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within a school or educational setting.
  • Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain).
  • Strong practical skills in maintenance, repairs, and general site management.
  • Good knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
