Site Cleaner, and general maintenance and repairs candidate required to start on a temp too perm contract. Working hours are Monday to Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm. Hourly rate is 12.86 per hour which is 23,405.20 per annum.
No specific experience required, just a hardworking candidate, ideally someone who enjoys a hands-on, odd jobs type of position.
Duties:
- Sweeping, shovelling, litter picking
- Small painting tasks
- Odd jobs, handy maintenance tasks
- Small repair tasks

Experience required:
- Previous cleaning, maintenance, repairs, DIY, odd-jobs, painting experience is beneficial
- Punctual, reliable, good work ethic
- Enjoys an outside, hands-on role
- Good, clean communication skills
