A Housing Association is seeking a Stock Condition Manager for an initial 2-month temporary contract.
The role requires proven experience in asset management or stock condition surveying within social housing, as well as a strong understanding of Decent Homes Standards and housing compliance frameworks.
The position offers a salary of £199.08 PAYE or £263.22 Umbrella per day, with a work arrangement of 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
Candidates must have excellent contract management and auditing skills, along with the ability to interpret technical data and engage effectively with stakeholders.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required, and applicants must be immediately available or on short notice.

LeadandcoordinatethedeliveryoftheStockConditionSurvey(SCS)programmeinalignmentwithstrategicassetmanagementgoals

Overseeprogrammeplanning,liaisewithoperationalcolleagues,managecommunicationswithresidentsandinternalstakeholders

Managecontracts,overseetheHousingHealthandSafetyRatingSystem(HHSRS)process

IndependentlyauditFFTsurveyoutputstoensureaccuracy,consistency,andadherencetostandards

Managecontractstoreduceassessmenterrorsovertime,maintaininga10%auditrateinlinewithG15bestpractices

ManageandvalidateDecentHomesStandard(DHS)failuresusingarisk-basedstockprofile

DevelopandmaintainframeworksforidentifyingandaddressingDHSfailures.

LeadorganisationalreadinessforDecentHomes2,interpretingnewguidanceandaligninginternalprocessesaccordingly

AssessDHScomplianceusingdatafromVoids,Disrepair,andRepairsteams,collaboratingwiththedatateamtoinputintoIntegrator.
