LeadandcoordinatethedeliveryoftheStockConditionSurvey(SCS)programmeinalignmentwithstrategicassetmanagementgoals

Overseeprogrammeplanning,liaisewithoperationalcolleagues,managecommunicationswithresidentsandinternalstakeholders

Managecontracts,overseetheHousingHealthandSafetyRatingSystem(HHSRS)process

IndependentlyauditFFTsurveyoutputstoensureaccuracy,consistency,andadherencetostandards

Managecontractstoreduceassessmenterrorsovertime,maintaininga10%auditrateinlinewithG15bestpractices

ManageandvalidateDecentHomesStandard(DHS)failuresusingarisk-basedstockprofile

DevelopandmaintainframeworksforidentifyingandaddressingDHSfailures.

LeadorganisationalreadinessforDecentHomes2,interpretingnewguidanceandaligninginternalprocessesaccordingly

AssessDHScomplianceusingdatafromVoids,Disrepair,andRepairsteams,collaboratingwiththedatateamtoinputintoIntegrator.
