Signature Recruitment is pleased to be recruiting a Team Administrator with our client, a leading, independent and international non-profit organisation at the forefront of sustainable finance. This is a fully remote, 1-year fixed-term contract with the possibility of extension. This contract position has a salary range of £33k to £36k and includes occasional international travel for in-person collaboration across Europe.

Supporting the Communications & Marketing team, you will have a unique opportunity to be part of an initiative that’s gaining international attention for its role in tackling the climate and nature crisis. As part of a remote, globally distributed team, you’ll work across Communications, Market Engagement, and Operations, providing high-level administrative support, working closely with three senior team members across time zones.

Team Co-ordinator Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide diary and travel management support to senior leadership, while assisting with wider team admin, collaborating with Executive Assistants
  • Manage internal systems and databases including SharePoint, HubSpot CRM, Trello and shared inboxes
  • Coordinate internal projects, timelines, and databases, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, events, and webinars across the Comms and Market Engagement teams, ensuring seamless logistics and timely follow-up.
  • Draft and edit documents, meeting summaries, and professional correspondence for both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and a consistent tone of voice.
  • Support cross-team coordination and delivery by tracking key actions, contributing to weekly updates, ensuring priorities are aligned across communications and engagement workflows.

Team Co-ordinator Key Skills:

  • Previous experience in administrative support, ideally within corporate, financial, or international organisations
  • Strong IT proficiency: confident in MS Office 365, SharePoint, Zoom, and HubSpot CRM
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Skilled in notetaking, document drafting, and researching information from multiple sources
