Location: North West London (SEND schools, specialist bases, and provisions)
Salary: 105 - 130 per day (PAYE only)
Contract: Full-time, long-term temp (perm potential)

SANZA Teaching Agency is working with a range of specialist and mainstream schools across London with dedicated SEND bases and resource provisions. These schools are seeking Unqualified SEND Teachers to join their staff teams.

This is the perfect opportunity for graduates, teaching assistants, or career changers passionate about making a difference in Special Educational Needs (SEND). With exceptional training, mentoring and structured support, this role provides a genuine pathway into a long-term career in SEND teaching.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver structured learning to small groups or on a 1:1 basis

• Work towards EHCP targets and personalised support plans

• Collaborate with SENCOs, therapists, and specialist support staff

• Receive training and coaching from experienced SEND professionals

• Progress towards QTS if that is your career goal

• Graduates with experience in education, youth work, or care

• Experienced TAs or HLTAs ready to step up and lead a class

• Career changers with a passion for SEND and child development

• PAYE only - no umbrella deductions

• Free CPD and online training through our National College partnership

• Direct access to SEND experts and career mentors

• Temp-to-perm pathways - many of our unqualified teachers move into permanent roles
