Accounts & Payroll Specialist Role
Location: London
Full Time, Fully site based
Permanent basis
Construction experience
In this role, you will be responsible for the following:
- Enter and generate payroll for multiple states, multiple unions, Federal and Public Works Contracts ï‚· Prepare and process all payroll deductions, taxes and fringe benefits
- Prepare all Quarterly and Year End Tax Reports (ie: 941, W-2's, ACA 1095-C)
- Set up and maintain all personnel files.
- Prepare and update New Hire packages (update posters etc.)
- Conduct new employee orientation and complete documentation
- Responsible for all HR inquires (ie: employment verifications, garnishments)
- Manage workflow to ensure payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely
- Must routinely meet tight deadlines
- Assist employees with payroll, benefits and HR issues
- Assist in other departments as needed
