I'm working with a prestigious business who are searching for an International Payroll Manager to come onboard in a permanent capacity. This role will work closely with the Global Payment Manager and Senior Executives (CFO and CEO).
The client is looking for a candidate with extensive UK payroll experience and that also has international exposure - understanding of legislation and the compliance needs for alternative international payrolls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate knowledge of start to end payroll processing
- Ability to conduct payroll data analysis (Identifying Variances with commentary), reporting, journals and reconciliation
- Intermediate/advanced excel skills - Power BI knowledge beneficial
- Proactive with an ability to self-learn and maintain up-to-date legislative and compliance knowledge for the regions IFRS payroll
- Strong multi region communication & presentation skillset required
- Involvement with Payroll transformations or integrations would be highly desirable
