Payroll & Benefits Specialist - Up to 45K - Central London - 3 days in office.

I am working with a leading, well loved Retail brand who are looking to hire for a newly created payroll & benefits focusing on processing payrolls for head office and retail staff along with supporting on benefits administration.

Key Responsibilities

-Processing payroll for head office and retail staff on monthly basis

-Support with benefits, pension queries and any changes that need to be made

-First point of contact for any employee queries

-Assist streamlining in processes for payroll & benefits to improve on efficiencies

-Provide Compensation & Benefits Manager with salary benchmarking, benefits renewals and any updates

-Previous experience in a payroll & benefits role ideal

-Strong UK Payroll and compliance knowledge
