An international accountancy firm is seeking a Payroll Administrator to join their team on a full time, permanent basis in London.In this client-facing role, you'll be responsible for the accurate and timely delivery of payroll services across a varied portfolio. You'll work closely with clients, HMRC and third-party providers, ensuring compliance with the latest legislation while delivering an outstanding service.Responsibilities of the role will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing ensuring accuracy and compliance with all regulations
  • Communicate directly with clients and external bodies (e.g. HMRC) to resolve payroll queries
  • Keep payroll systems updated with changes to tax codes, statutory payments and benefit information
  • Maintain accurate records, support audit checks and assist with year-end reporting

The ideal candidate will have previous experience of doing payroll for multiple clients and a strong understanding of payroll legislation, auto-enrolment and statutory entitlements.
