Payroll Administrator - London/Greenford

Salary: 26,000-30,000 (DOE)
Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (with some flexibility)
Location: Greenford
Benefits: Free parking, private healthcare, 25 days holiday + bank holidays, 10% pension after 5 years
Reporting to: Payroll Manager

A family/friendly feel company are seeking a Payroll Administrator to manage end-to-end processing of weekly and monthly payrolls. You'll oversee payroll accuracy, compliance and statutory deductions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll, including starters, leavers, statutory payments and deductions.
  • Ensure compliance with payroll legislation and auto-enrolment pensions.
  • Submit RTI filings and liaise with HMRC.
  • Assist with P45s, P60s
  • Timesheets

What We're Looking For:

  • Desirable - experience using COINS system
  • Confident using Excel & strong IT skills
  • Experience processing end to end payroll
  • Highly organised, proactive and willing to learn
  • Strong GCSE grades
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
