Job Title: Payroll & Benefits Specialist
Type: Part-time
Salary: FTE £45,000-50,000 (Pro Rata for 20 hours per week)
Location: West End
The Role
This is a part-time (20 hours per week) Payroll & Benefits Specialist to support the HR operations. This position offers a flexible working pattern to be agreed upon and maintained, providing an excellent work-life balance opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage payroll and benefits administration across our corporate entity and a separate company
- Handle P11D submissions and PSA processing
- Support salary reviews and bonus administration
- Process benefits, including managing starters and leavers
- Liaise with brokers and third-party providers
- Administer pension plans
- Provide net figures to the Finance team
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
What We're Looking For
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in payroll administration
- Strong understanding of benefits management
- Exceptional attention to detail
- High level of organisation and ability to prioritise effectively
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, sometimes reactive environment
Preferred Background:
- Experience in real estate or hospitality sectors is beneficial but not essential
